NAEL is made of words and one chosen face. This is the record of the series as the pipeline wrote it.
The canon
Every prompt repeats one of two texts, word for word.
Long (close and medium shots):

The steps
- The canon: 7 constants, 14 looks, 3 sets, a never-list.
- Casting: faces from the long text alone. One was chosen by hand (K01#1).
- Every shot after that was made with the chosen face sent as a reference image and, for full-length shots, the full-figure reference too.
- Where a call returned several candidates, a vision model scored them against the face and picked one; a person checked every pick and changed some.
- 24 prompts, 96 images, 24 picks.
