# Use them

Castpad's artists are open characters. Anyone can make images, videos and songs with an artist whose master is open — the terms are on each artist's master. A credit is appreciated, not required.

## What helps

- **Keep them themselves.** Paste the identity text word for word and keep every constant. Change the clothes, the world, the story — never the head.
- **Keep them adult.** Every artist is an adult. Nothing under-age, nothing sexualised, and never the word "young" in a prompt.
- **Say how it was made.** Say it is AI-generated, and which tools made it.

## Songs with them

- **Your name on it.** Release under your own name, never as Castpad or as an official release of the artist.
- **Artist fields.** Do not put "feat. <artist>" in a streaming service's artist field; services merge profiles and misattribute. Credit in the description and on the cover.
- **Label AI.** If the vocal, the music or the lyric is AI-made, label it where the platform asks. Check your music tool's commercial terms.
- **Your own songs.** Make new songs. Do not re-release tracks or stems from the label's films.

## What isn't covered

- Anything an artist's never-list rules out.
- Real people, real brands and other creators' characters — they never belong in a Castpad prompt.
- The Castpad name and marks: they stay the label's.
- Demo artists are demonstrations with simulated data; say so if you use one.
